PUMPKIN SOUP IS GOOD WHEN IT REALLY GET COLD, AND IT WARMTH
MY MOM MAKES IT, ITS VAAARY GOOD BUT I DONT LIKE IT TOO MUCH MAYBE CAUSE I JUST DONT LIKE SOUPS TOO MUCH BUT ITS THE BEST PUMKINSOUP I HAVE EATEN...
THE PUMKIN IS A SO CALLED HOKKAIDO PUMPKIN, IT ORIGINALLY COMES FROM JAPAN AND NORMALLY WEIGHTS 1 TO 2 KILO
FOR LIKE THREE PERSONS YOU NEED AT LEAST A MIDSIZE PUMPKIN
WHAT YOU DO KNOW IS CUT IT IN TWO AND SCRAPE OUT ALL THE SEEDS AND THE UGLY STUFF AROUND IT
NO NEED TO PEEL YOU CAN EAT THE PARING
THIS PUMPKIN CAN BE PRETTY DAMN INTRACTABLE
MY MOM DOES IT WITH A KNIFE AND BEATS WITH A HAMMER ON IT,
CUT IT IN 1 1/2CM CUBES.
SWITCH ON THE STOVE AND PUT IT ON HIGH.
PUT A BIG POT ON IT AND LET SOME OLIVEOIL GET HOT IN IT, THEN THROW
THE PUMKIN IN
AND CUT FOUR STACKS OF LEEK AND JUST USE THE WHITE AND VERY
LIGHT GREEN PARTS OF IT, SLIM SLICES
MIX IT ALL AND LET IT FRIZZLE FOR A BIT MAYBE LIKE 10MIN
FILL IN SOME WHITE WINE AND SOME TINY PIT VEGETABLE STOCK
AND LET IT COOK UNTIL THE PUMPKIN FALLS APART
THE CHASE IT THROUGH THE PUREE MACHINE.
SALT,PEPPER AND TINYTINY BIT OF SUGAR
THEN TAKE
SMALL AMOUDS OF THAT:
PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER, GINGER, CUCUMA, CINNAMON, CILANTRO& CUMIN
IF YOU WANT PUT IN SOME COCONUTCREAM OR MILK
IT SMELLS REALLY GOOD AND TASTES EVEN BETTER...
