OKAY SO WE HAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL HELLA OLD TILE STOVE WHICH KEEPS US WARM IN OUR CABIN,
FIRST IS NEED LIKE 6 HOURS TO REALLY GET HOT BUT ONCE IT IS YOU CANT JUST STOP IT ANYMORE...I LOVE IT ITS LIKE YOURE IN A BIG SAUNA
THERE IS ALSO A BAKING OVEN IN IT SO I TRIED TO MAKE ROLLS,
AND ITS COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THE HEAT FROM THE FLOOR IS TOO MUCH AND THE ROLLS BURN FROM THE BOTTOM AND DONT BAKRE ON TOP, SOOOO I MADE IN THE NORMAL ELECTRIC OVEN AGAIN AND IT WAS MUCH BETTER SELFMAE ROLLS ARE VERY GOOD
STILL LOVE THE TILE STOVE
HERE IS THE RECIPE ITS PRETTY SIMPLE BUT YOU NEED SOME TIME FOR THE DOUGH AND YOU HAVE TO KNEAD IT DAMN LONG BECAUSE THE LONGER YOU DO IT THE BETTER IT GETS
YOU NEED:
1/2 A KILO FLOUR //
DEPENDING ON WHICH TYPE OF ROLLS YOU LIKE YOU CAN CHOOSE EVERY TYPE OF FLOUR YOU LIKE
350ML WATER
1 CUBE OF YEAST
1TBSP SALD
1/2 TBSP SUGAR
PUT THE FLOUR ON YOU WORKPLATE AND MAKE A LITTLE MOUNTAIN WITH IT THEN MAKE A BASAIN IN THE MIDDLE
PUT THE YEAST IN VERY SMALL PIECES IN THE MIDDLE
AND USE NOT HOT BUT LIKE WARM WATER PUT SUGAR AND SALD ON TOP OF IT AND KNEAT LIKE AT LEAST 7 MINUTES UNTIL ITS A NICE DOUGH
ON THE BEGGING ITS VERY STICKY BUT AS LONGER AS YOU KNEAT THE BETTER IT GETS.
THEN THE DOUGH INTO A BOWL AND LEAVE ON A NICE WARM PLACE FOR LIKE 60MIN
KNEAT AGAIN AND PUT IT BACK INTO THE BOWL FOR HALF AN HOUR AND THEN MAKE ROLLS OF IT
PUT IT INTO THE OVEN AT LIKE 170°C
