I MAKE THE BEST COOKIES
THOSE ARE A RASCAL COOKIES MY GRANDMA USED TO DO THEM EVERY XAMS
AND THEYRE DEF MY FAVORITE
HERE WE GO:
DO THE DOUGH JUST LIKE NORMAL COOKIES AND BAKE IT
they should look like this
that are my bottoms the form can be different
do hearts or stars or whatever you like best but its most important
that the tops have a gap in the middle !
it is helpfull to count them to have the same number of bottoms and tops
you can use pretty much every jam you like
but the original is red currant jelly
just because it is not as sweet as raspberry or strawberry
some people also use apricot but the yellow jelly looks not that good
put lots of powder sugar on the tops
now put the jelly on the bottoms
be careful that you put enough of it on the borders because thats where the bottom and the top will stick together
ready now, if you want to you can put some more jelly in the middle so it looks nicer!
