Alright since xmas is coming closer and I didnt really had anything to do I decided to make some christmas cookies.
The recipie is pretty simple:
Take the same amount of sugar and butter,
mix it well
than add eggs ( it depends on how much you wanna make normally it should be enough when you take one or two eggs- you can add one later if you feel that the dough is not sticky enough)
mix it again
now take twice the amount of the sugar of flour and mix it with a little bit of baking powder (one table spoon for half a kg of flour) and some vanilla essence or vanilla sugar
put it together with the dough and put it into the fridge for at least one hour !!
DOUGH IS READY
i decorated my cookies but im too tired to write more about it now, ill post some pictures and info tomarrow...............
